Through these alliances we will identify public safety problems affecting the quality of life in the community, develop strategies to address those problems, and take the responsibility to implement solutions using all available resources. MISSION STATEMENT The Westminster Police Department will commit its resources in partnership with the community to: Promote a safe and secure environment, free of crime and the fear of crime Maintain order and provide for the safe and expeditious flow of traffic Practice our core values of integrity, respect, service, and fairness Preserve life, maintain human rights, protect property and promote individual Responsibility and community commitment INTEGRITY Integrity is the hallmark of the Westminster Police Department and we are committed to the highest performance standards, ethical conduct, and truthfulness in all relationships.
